Hrbp

Advise all business and supporting functions the HR perspective in all people related matters, include but not limited to talent management such as manpower, succession planning and training needs identification; to any day to day matters such as employee relations.

  • Drive the recruitment and selection include not but limited to the development of recruitment channels and selection metrics to identity and retain talents.
  • Drive C&B projects in Bangladesh including budgeting, performance management, annual salary review, salary survey and HR transformation.
  • Established close and enduring relations with business team to understand potential and opportunities of their members. And propose HR strategies with management.

C&B & Operations

  • Responsible for monthly payroll, provident fund, tax filing with external vendors to ensure on time, accuracy report and payment cycle.
  • Work close with HK Team to review benefits and provide insight of Bangladesh market, and recommend enhancements to remain competitive in the market.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose enhancement in current HR process and practices.
  • Maintained staff record in HRIS (Workday), leave and benefit administration , and HR reports on a routine basis.
  • Develop partnerships with employees, HR partners, and assist in resolution of employee issues including performance and disciplinary actions.
  • Supported physical training and employee engagement activities on an ad-hoc basis.

Performance Management and Succession Planning

  • Manage annual and mid-year performance management cycle to lead.
  • Actively participate in performance review process, providing coaching and feedback to leader and build impactful succession plans.

Training & Development

  • Review training needs and work close with Training team for Training Calendar, as local training facilitator when needed.

Organize in-house and external training to align with Corporate strategy.
